RETURN POLICY

If the original purchaser is not satisfied with their purchase for cosmetic reasons, the customer will have the option to return the product to our location within 30 days. The customer must facilitate their own shipping methods, the cost of shipping would be at the customers expense.

The product must be received by POLYBOARD design within the 30 days, from the date of purchase, in the original packaging and undamaged. POLYBOARD design will then review the package and a refund of the purchase price may be made at that time. Refunds will not be applied for any other reason.
